Giants Co-Owner Steve Tisch has been linked to the Jeffery Epstein files according to explosive report issued by the Athletic and New York Times on Friday afternoon.
He was named 440 times in the documents.
The news comes off the heels of the Justice Department's release of over three million Epstein-related documents. And correspondence between Tisch and Epstein over 'multiple women' was documented in email conversations between the two.
" The report includes a back-and-forth thread between Epstein and Tisch in which Epstein says, “I can invite the (Russian) ... to meet if you’d like?”
“Is she fun?” Tisch responded." (NJ.com quoting the Athletic).
Tisch, a Hollywood film producer has been involved with the Giants since 1991 as a co-owner to the Mara family. He has denied any wrongdoing and said he has not been to the island.
Tisch has been a producer or executive producer of some of the biggest titles in cinema including: Forrest Gump, Dirty Dancing, Risky Business, the remake of Taking of Pelam 1-2-3, and all three Equalizer films. He is currently a producer on the upcoming Madden biopic which has already drawn criticism for the casting of Nicolas Cage as the legendary coach and broadcaster.
The Epstein/Tisch news is the first real black eye for the Giants since their celebrated hiring of John Harbaugh as head coach. Currently New York is trying to fill out its coaching staff, which has hit some complications after former Ravens Offensive Coordinator Todd Monkon opted not to join Harbaugh in New York, rather taking the Cleveland Browns Head Coaching gig.
Of course the Epstein files have been a subject of ridicule and debate for years now, with many calling for all the names of suspects be released. Former President Bill Clinton has been linked to Epstein, as has current President Donald Trump; although the 45th/47th president has not been charged with any wrong doing.
As for Clinton, the Republican led House had tried to issue a subpoena to both Mr. Clinton and Mrs. Hillary Clinton, but neither showed for their day before the committee to testify. They have not been charged with any wrongdoing at this moment.
Prince Andrew of the United Kingdom, Director Woody Allen, Actors Chris Tucker, and Kevin Spacey, and musicians Mick Jagger and Michael Jackson have all been named or linked since the Epstein files started coming out in December.
Meanwhile, New Jersey Devils owner Josh Harris, who also owns the Washington Commanders (NFL) and the Philadelphia 76ers (NBA) was also linked to Epstein, but according to reports, his mention was only through assistants and through Epstein trying to arrange "business meetings."
