Tiger Will Be First Billion Dollar Athlete

What does 14 major titles and nine PGA Player-of-the-Year awards get you? A Billion dollars. According to a article on Yahoo, that was originally reported in Forbes Magazine, Tiger Woods will become the first billion dollar ahtlete in history by the year 2010.

In just the last year, Woods has earned $115 million dollars, most of which comes from all of his endorsment deals with Nike, Cadillac, and Gillete shaving cream to name a few.

Woods is not only the greatest athlete in the world, he is the most marketable - with his clean cut image and competitive personality that is truly American.
2010 might be a big year for Woods, who is out for the season nursing a knee injury. Woods is only four majors away from tying the great Jack Nicholis, which he could tie and break, logically by then.
